We care about our patients and understand that even during this pandemic you need medical attention. Our goal at the Fort St John Family Practice Associates Clinic is to minimize potential exposure to as many people as possible while still providing care to all of our patients.

  • Patients should continue to call our clinic. Some appointments can be accomplished via telephone, however many require an in-office visit and you will be provided with a date and time to come to the office to be seen in person.

  • All in-office visits will require you to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer. We also ask that you come alone or with only one support person (if necessary) in order to limit the number of people in our office.

  • If you are feeling unwell with any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, sore throat, runny nose, we ask that you stay home.

  • We have many SAME DAY openings available each and every day for our patients.

We must stress the importance of choosing your family doctor FIRST over an "online virtual care service” such as Medeo, Babylon, Telus, etc.

✔️  They know your medical history and have your records.

✔️  They know your family and they understand your needs.

✔️  Many medical issues can be assessed and treated by your family doctor over the phone or video.

✔️  Evidence shows that ongoing care from a family doctor leads to better overall health outcomes.

✔️  Your family doctor will continue to refer to specialists and order testing as needed.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this evolving situation. We are all working very hard to keep you, your families, our staff and our community safe and healthy.
